2011 - Favorites

Say what you will about list-making, but they can serve as a quick introduction to a person's likes (and/or dislikes). For me, too, I like to keep track of what I've been enjoying. Sure, lists tell you nothing about the qualities (or lack of) of the things you like (or dislike). To put it another way, they don't say why you like/dislike an album or a song in the way a good review can do. These lists are just supplements. Explanaitions may or may not appear elsewhere on these pages. Also, I enjoy lists anyway. So here goes.

Note: the records on these lists are rated at least 7 (approx. low A-) or higher, ranging from "like a lot" up to (possibly) "love", you might say. Lower graded records I don't bother to list. Specific grades for a lot of the records can be found in the main blog.
